Corporate & groups

Forty people on the water. One invoice.

Nine boats means we can put forty people on the water on the same morning and have them all back at the same dock at the same time. That is not something a single-boat operator can do, and it is why planners come to us for retreats and incentive programmes. You get one coordinator from first enquiry through final invoice, a written proposal you can put in front of a CFO, and a run sheet the resort and ground transport can work from. Ground transport, catering, a photographer and branded touches are all packaged if you want them. We hold dates on a 50% retainer and we do not release them without telling you.

  • Dedicated coordinator from enquiry to invoice
  • Multi-boat scheduling with synchronised departure and return
  • Written proposal and run sheet for your ground team
  • Full catering and bar service
  • Ground transport coordination from resort to marina
  • Photographer and branded signage available
  • Single consolidated invoice, corporate payment terms

Programmes are quoted individually and held on a 50% retainer. From $3,000 per day.

The yachts

Four boats, four kinds of day.

Endeavour
· · up to guests
Four cabins, each with its own head, which makes Endeavour the boat for anyone who wants to stay out rather than come back at five. Sails properly too — this is not a motorboat with a mast on it.
Lohe Lani
· · up to guests
The one we send out when the group is big and the day is long. Deck space is the whole point — there is room for everyone to find their own corner, which on a full-day charter matters more than knots.
Samia
· · up to guests
The top of the fleet and the fastest way to cover water in comfort. Samia is the boat that goes out when a company brings its top performers down, or when somebody decides a birthday should happen offshore.
Sea Ya
· · up to guests
A flybridge motor yacht that sits low enough to the water that the light comes right up at you at sunset. Comfortable for a small group without ever feeling like you have rattled around in something too big.

Before you book

Straight answers.

Is the boat private, or are we sharing with other guests?
Private, always. Every price on this page is for the whole boat. We do not run shared departures and we will not put another group on your charter.
What if someone in the group doesn't swim?
That is completely normal and it does not spoil the day. We carry flotation vests in every size, the swim platforms make getting in and out easy, and there is shaded seating for anyone who would rather stay dry. Nobody gets talked into the water.
Can we bring our own food and drink?
Food and non-premium drinks are already included, so most people do not need to. If you want a specific bottle aboard, a cake for a birthday, or you have dietary requirements, tell us a week out and we will handle it.
Can we play our own music?
Yes. Every yacht has a Bluetooth system and it is your playlist. The crew will not put their own on unless you ask them to.
What time is the sunset cruise?
We set departure against actual sunset for your date, which on this coast moves between about 5:15pm and 6:00pm across the year. You get the exact departure time when we confirm the booking — never a generic slot.
Is it suitable for young children?
Yes, especially on the catamaran, which barely rolls. We carry child-size life jackets, and the snorkel and coastline run is usually the trip families enjoy most. Let us know ages when you book so the right gear is aboard.

Sunset happens once a day.

There is one good slot per boat per evening, and in dry season they go early. Send us your date.
