Deposit, cancellation, payment
The terms, in plain language.
- How much is the deposit?
- 50% of the charter price confirms your date, and that security deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is charged 7 days before departure. Corporate and multi-boat programmes are held on the same 50% retainer.
- What is your cancellation policy?
- More than 15 days before the charter: 100% refund of payments. 15 to 8 days before: 50% refund. Less than 7 days before: no refund. Security deposits are non-refundable.
- Is the price per person or per boat?
- Per boat, every time. Two anglers and six anglers pay the same for the same charter. There is no per-person supplement and no licence fee added at the dock.
- How late can I book?
- Online bookings close 24 hours before departure. Inside that window, message us on WhatsApp — if a boat and crew are free we will very often still get you out.
- How do I pay?
- Card through the booking system for the deposit, and card for the balance 7 days out. Corporate bookings can be invoiced with standard payment terms. We will never ask you to wire money to a personal account.
- What do I get when I book?
- A written confirmation naming the vessel, the captain, the departure time and the exact total — plus a calendar invite. If anything about your trip has to change, you hear it from us before you leave your hotel.
